About the Tuskegee Institute Community Tennis Club
The Tuskegee Institute Community Tennis Club was founded by Larry King, Sr. to bring a renewal of the tennis tradition that Tuskegee has. From the champions of Lula Ballard and Ora Washington, to the dynamic duo the Peters Sisters, Tuskegee made an impact on the sport of tennis. Therefore, the TICTC is focused on gaining a new generation of athletes for tennis. The program instructs youth from the local public housing community. They are taught: respect, tennis skills, honesty and excellence in all we do.

The Tuskegee Institute Community Tennis Club seeks support from individuals, organizations, businesses and agencies, as we work to train the next generation of tennis players.
